Old City District, in partnership with the Elfreth’s Alley Association and with support from the Old City Community Fund (OCCF), is leading the effort to create Dolly Ottey Park, a new public space located at Elfreth’s Alley and N. 2nd Street.

The Market Street Old City improvement project will make multimodal safety improvements on Market Street between 6th Street and 2nd Street.
