OLD CITY BOARD
The Old City District is managed by a 19-member board of directors drawn from area commercial property owners, business people and civic organizations.
CEO, Graham Copeland oversees day-to-day activities and management of the District operations. The OCD is funded through a 5% surcharge on the real estate tax of commercial properties within the District. All funds are collected and expended exclusively for supplemental services and programs within our District.
The OCD operates under a sunset provision requiring re-authorization of the Authority by the property owners within the district. The OCD is up for re-authorization in 2022.
