Every Saturday and Sunday, Cuba Libre Restaurant & Rum Bar offers an “Unlimited Tapas Brunch” for $28, where guests can select as many dishes from the brunch menu as they please to truly experience a taste of Cuban cuisine. Chef Guillermo Pernot’s brunch menu includes more than 20 savory and sweet, breakfast and lunch tapas. Start with a Homemade Latin Pastry Basket for the table, paired with the restaurant’s signature Café Cuba Libre with steamed coconut milk. La Peg is a contemporary American brasserie by Peter Woolsey located inside the FringeArts building in Old City Philadelphia across from the Race Street Pier. The dining room is grandiose, with 45 foot tall ceilings and large windows to match. Every seat in the house offers dramatic views of the industrial-chic interior and the gracefully arching Benjamin Franklin Bridge.
