Friday, October 18 , 5 – 7pm – Art in the Age Spirits will pop up at storied Old City institution Shane’s Confectionary, where shoppers can pick up a perfect Halloween at-home package (or gift!). All month long, Shane’s Confectionary is offering their "Sweet Hereafter" set, containing specially made Halloween treats (with each piece inspired by the history of the intersection food and death rituals), an illustrated zine that covers the history which inspired each piece, and one handmade local beeswax skull candle from Philadelphia Bee Co. During Art in the Age’s pop-up on October 18, shoppers can choose to upgrade the Sweet Hereafter package to include one bottle of Art in the Age’s latest release, Graverobber Unholy Rye, the haunted whiskey made from graveside maple syrup.
