Easter at Forsythia
Forsythia, Old City’s contemporary French bar and restaurant, will host an elevated, deluxe multi-course menu perfectly tailored for Easter. Chef Christopher Kearse and team have curated a posh prix fixe experience for $80/person featuring Green & White Asparagus with avocado gribiche, rhubarb, and fine herbs, English Cucumber Vichyssoise composed of smoked trout roe, meyer lemon, and puffed quinoa, Black Truffle Crêpe with rabbit confit, caramelized onions, and hazelnut-truffle honey, Quiche du Jour prepared with potato, wild spring onions, serrano ham, and smoked paprika hollandaise, and Tuna Niçoise with saffron potato, bagna càuda, and a six-minute egg. For the final course, guests can select from Buttermilk Panna Cotta composed of blueberry, lemon curd, and lavender cookie, or Chocolate Olive Oil Gâteau with sour cherry, rhubarb, and pistachio.
Easter brunch will be held on Sunday, April 17 from 10:30am – 6pm. Reservations are highly encouraged and can be booked via Resy or by clicking here.
Hours of operation: Wednesday through Sunday, 5 – 10pm for dinner service, and Saturday and Sunday, 10:30am – 2pm for brunch service
