First Friday Openings at Paradigm Gallery
Paradigm Gallery + Studio is pleased to present three new exhibitions this September, all opening to the public at the Paradigm Arts Building (12 N 3rd St) on First Friday, September 1, 2023, with a reception from 6:00 – 8:00 PM.
On the first floor, “Motley Multiples”, a group exhibition of contemporary printmaking curated by Dennis McNett, will feature work by Marwin Begaye, Samantha Mendoza, Annalise Gratovich, Jun Lee, Cassie Normandy White, James Rose, Raj Bunnag, Johanna Mueller, Reinaldo Gil Zambrano, Kathryn Polk, Vanessa Jo Bahr, Dylan Goldberger, and Violeta Juárez.
The second floor gallery will showcase two solo exhibitions that both engage with the medium of embroidery. Han Cao: “Silhouettes” will feature 13 new embroidered works by the fiber artist, including Cao’s signature series of embroidered vintage photographs. Danielle Clough: “Some Strings Attached”, will present 13 new embroidered paintings, highlighting her watercolor and embroidered portraits and extensions of her ongoing “Girl Dust” series in print and wallpaper form.
