Five-Minute Cooking Demo Party

For the First Friday in April, the American Vegan Center is showing how quick and easy delicious vegan food can be. American Vegan Society staff and volunteers perform 5-minute cooking demos on the half hour (6:00, 6:30, 7:00, 7:30). Samples will be available to taste after each demo, plus other party foods. All recipes will be available on a handout. Enjoy the whole evening or drop in anytime for some fun tips, food, and socializing.
