Halloween in the Historic District

Join us for a spooky day of family fun in Philadelphia’s Historic District! On Saturday, October 19, 2024, from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM, the area transforms into a Halloween wonderland perfect for all ages.  Treat hunters can begin in Philadelphia’s National Park and stop by the Visitor Center, the location for Oktoberfest Craft Market, to pick up a map and bag for candy collection. Costumes are encouraged for this supernatural spectacular that features tons of Halloween-themed activity stations, including Mask Making, Pin the Mustache on Poe, Photo Station, and 18th Century Games.

Whether you're on a mission to visit every spot or just want to hit your favorites, you can create your own adventure. Participating organizations will also have bags and maps available, so feel free to start anywhere that suits your journey. Dress up, grab a map, and prepare for a Halloween adventure filled with history, fun, and surprises around every corner!
