National Treasure Night at Museum of the American Revolution

Inspired by the national treasures on view in our special exhibit, “Witness to Revolution: The Unlikely Travels of Washington’s Tent,” and the 2004 movie “National Treasure,” the Museum of the American Revolution will present an after-hours event on Friday, Nov. 22, with special exhibit access, a featured talk, and activities themed around the upcoming 250th anniversary of when the Declaration of Independence was signed (but not stolen!) in Philadelphia.

This night will kick off at 5:30 p.m. with a “National Treasure” themed cocktail reception, access to “Witness to Revolution,” activities inspired by the surprising facts behind the film’s fictional heist, and a chance to meet Dr. Aubrey R. Paris and Dr. Emily M. Black, hosts of the National Treasure Hunt podcast and authors of “National Treasure Hunt: One Step Short of Crazy.”
